Kevin and April are TV people, April works as a segment producer for Breakfast Television and Kevin is the IT manager for CTV Globe Media owner of Much Music, Chum FM and some more media entities. I was previledged to take their engagement photos in the Yorkville Area in Downtown Toronto. I was nervous at first because of who they are but it turned out well, they are down to earth and a nice couple. It was a fun 5 hours of e-session, we walked and took photos on the one block of Yorkville and ended our night at the Royal Ontario Museum along Bloor. This is one of the few urban engagement shoots I have done so far and doing it with Kevin and April was a great experience.

On another note, April Kalloo and Kevin Gopwani are the winners of this year's "The Kleinfeld Experience" presented by the ringbearer.ca. April will receive a $ 5,000 dress, trip to NYC, personal styling by Fashion Director Randy Fenoli and VIP store opening at the prestigious Kleinfeld Bridal Boutique. Congratulations guys!

Katie and James is a couple from Kitchener in Ontario, they hired me as their wedding photographer when they tie the knot this summer in Sauble Beach. We did the e-session at the High Park close to downtown Toronto. Some photos and a video slideshow below, please have a look : ). They gave me the liberty to choose the background music for this engagement photo slideshow, I chose "I Just Can't Get Enough" by Depeche Mode for it's upbeat mood and message.

I will be taking Mike and Jen's wedding photographs this coming October and they also hired me to do an engagement photoshoot or others might call it an E-Session, we have planned this shoot for weeks and finalized our date one Sunday in Oakville. It was a relaxed shoot from the time we met, we strolled around Lake Shore stopping here and there when we find nice spots, we even stopped for ice cream as it was really hot that day. What followed later on made this shoot my most unforgettable and fun so far. We went to Bronte and we set Jen's small boat to sail, we were taking nice photos until we ended up beneath a bridge and a strong thunderstorm came, I mean strong lightning and thunder was all around us, after being stranded for 30 minutes we decided to run for it, we were all soaked by the time we got to our cars and loaded the boat back to the truck. I got a mild case of pneumonia the next 5 days but this shoot was well worth it. :)

Couple Nick and Eskada strutting their high fashion poses for this engagement photoshoot session done in Mississauga Ontario. We were supposed to shoot an urbaned themed engagement session around square one and the mississauga city hall area, but decided on this secluded wooded area near Burnhamthorpe Avenue.

Dennis and Joana have a really nice love story and I am happy to be doing their WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY this coming September in Markham Ontario, a city next to Scarborough. My friend Alvin Gozum did this engagement photo shoot with us in Unionville in Markham, we were happy that we finally got to shoot after three previous cancellation due to rain. I prepared a DVD slideshow to be shown at the wedding reception with their favorite song from Gary Valenciano, see the link to the engagement video below.

First time I've been to Bolton and I must say it's a pretty nice place. We set out to shoot in one of the parks along the river, great looking place for an engagement shoot. Dan prepared his dad's 1950's Ford truck, our theme was dating in the 50s, hehe, this nice place north of Brampton was perfect for our wedding shoot.

This engagement photoshoot of Jeff and Sarah was at the Harbour Front in Downtown Toronto. It was raining most of the time during this E-Session so a lot of our photos were done in doors, close to the Harbour Front along Queens Quay is a grocery store, we decided to do some photoshoots inside to make use of our time together :), later there was a break in the rain and we were able to take a few shots outside, we even had the CN Tower as a background to one of the engagement pictures. Jeff and Sarah are going in a month to their destination wedding in the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Congratulations!

Rhommel is a wedding photographer and my friend, he ask me to shoot the actual engagement proposal to his girlfriend Sarah. The plan was to make it appear to Sarah that we are just doing a make beleive engagement shoot at the Distillery District in Downtown Toronto for my portfolio, then upon signal he will take out the ring and propose.
